For the scalp, I've tried using ketoconazole and a steroid to keep it at bay, and that helped for a while. Then when the itchiness came back, I used only ketoconazole and it felt like it didn't help. Head & Shoulders wasn't helping either, and I didn't want to use coal tar because of the smell. Redditors claimed this helped, and after applying it on my ears a few times, it really did work! I'm still working on getting my scalp fixed with this because I find the sweat and heat from working out is what flares the condition, but so far it feels like it's helping a lot! Much better than ketoconazole or a psoriasis cream that I bought from the store.

I've been buying this for a year and love it. With any MCT oil, you must start with a low Maisie and work up to a tablespoon. If not then that's when you'll experience side effects like nausea. I follow Dave Asprey and he's very knowledgeable. I buy other supplements from him as well.

Losing weight has been the hardest thing for me. I have pretty much gone all natural, and my weight fluctuates. The biggest thing I have talked to doctors about is that it goes in, but not much comes out. I am always bloated. I finally decided to do weight loss surgery, and while talking to my nutritionist, she told me about this. I have been adding it to my shake, and in two weeks, I am down 10 lbs. My body seems to be letting go.

Sehr interessant: das ist ja das originale MCT Öl, also die Marke ist vom Bulletproof Coffee Erfinder. Wegen dieser Marke gibt es überhaupt den Hype um MCT Öl und Bulletproof Coffee (soweit ich weiß). Aber trotzdem scheint dieses Produkt auf Bolo ein Nischendasein zu führen. Wenn man MCT Öl eingibt erscheint es kaum - ich habe es wie durch zufall entdeckt. Aber die anderen Öle die zu 100% C8 und C10 bestehen sind nicht günstiger, zum großen teil kosten die 30-40 Euro pro Liter.Ob die anderen besser sind oder nicht kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber dieses hier finde ich echt gut. Ist das erste mal das ich MCT Öl bestelle, und man merkt wirklich wie die Energie im Kopf ankommt. Arbeite mich noch hoch wie man es ja machen soll, bin bei 3 Teelöffeln und vertrage es gut.Negativ: Wenn man vorsichtig (also nicht beherzt) kippt, laufen immer 1-2 Tropfen an der Flasche herunter und machen sie ölig. Es gibt schlimmeres.Fazit: Würde ich wieder kaufen. Verstehe nicht, warum die unbekannten, teureren, nicht-marken Produkte Bolo dominieren.
