First I want to say how impressed I am with the company involved here. I had one minor "question" about this product and contacted the Cigar Oasis company directly. On a Friday afternoon in May, which is a prime time for taking the rest of the work day off and hitting Happy Hour etc. I not only received a response in a matter of less than a half-hour, it was 101% positive and helpful, 101% above and beyond the call, couldn't have asked for more. --- Now on to the actual product, the cigar beads. There have been multiple reviews commenting that the package is small ... In fact it is , but you will be deceived if you look at it from that perspective... I saw instructions in a different company's (but similar product) reviews claiming you should use 2 Tablespoons of beads, and hydrate in a large container with *NINE CUPS* (===72oz, which is more than one half gallon...) of distilled water ... Sometimes discretion is the better part of valor, and I only needed humidification for my desktop-sized humidor and one small-to-medium Tupperdor... So, I used one HALF tablespoon of beads, in a sanitized glass Pyrex food container ... and I simply filled the container with distilled water. The initial looks of one half Tbsp of beads into the container looks like the average dash of salt or pepper you might toss into any dish you're cooking. .. And then they hydrate... and become HUGE!!! After about a half-hour, all the water I added was gone. I refilled again and they just kept expanding. They apparently are able to absorb/expand 500 times their size ... I now have way more hydrated beads than I need at the moment, still have some left over for the future, and they're working great, my Tupperdor and Humidor have gone back and forth between 69%-70% over the last 12-16 hours or so. I couldn't be happier. One final note: When I received my first humidor, as a 7th Grade Student in the 90s, I was told to use a Credo humidification device, and ONLY CREDO, because they're "The Cadillac of Humidor Devices and you ONLY use Credo" ... it worked relatively well until I needed replacement ~20 years later. The two Credos I bought in 2014 became moldy immediately after I started using them... and when I contacted Credo, a Frenchman wrote back that he'd be happy to help diagnose what I do wrong in storing & caring for my cigars... I tried to explain, I wasn't having any problems other than my new Credos (a pair of them) were now moldy... and he replied I obviously didn't know what I was doing if they became moldy, because they're perfect and it's impossible to have a problem with a Credo unless you are doing stuff wrong. --- THIS COMPANY, Cigar Oasis, I had ONE LITTLE 'issue' and contacted them directly and they took care of it, 101%, 30 minutes after emailing them. OEM beads are treated especially for cigars. Regular Orbeez are not. These do what they are supposed to, when you change them annually.

I bought these to replace the beads in my oasis. They are a little pricey compared to other beads sold but worth the peace of mind knowing my cigars are happy. If my cigars are happy, I'm happy.

So after a move my beads were all over the place from the machine and I needed new ones. These are direct replacements for the originals. The baggie it comes in is tiny but an hour in the machine, and they fill it all up. Crazy. If you have a large humidor, get an Oasis. I've had mine for about 5 yrs now, no problems, keeps it at 71-72% all the time. Just fill it every so often and it does all the work.

They are the perfect number and amount for the Oasis Magna humidifier. What’s nice is that there is no guessing or estimating the ambit you need. The entire little bag is the perfect amount.

Absorb a lot of water. and keep my cigars humid. Didnt need the oasis machine, simply put the beeds in a small tupperware and made holes in it.
