This is actually my second purchase of them. I definitely recommend them!I feed my ferrets raw food, so I end up having quite a few deli tubs worth of raw meat in the freezer at a time. I like to buy in bulk when possible, because it’s cheaper. I had been using a piece of masking tape on them, and writing whats what on that as a label. Then I found these. I was honestly skeptical at first, because I thought there was no way they would make it through the dishwasher. But, I was wrong! I’ve been using these for a few months now, and haven’t had a single one come off yet. And I use a fine tip sharpie to write on them, which erases pretty well. Sometimes there are a few dots left, where I’ve pressed too hard while writing and indented the label a bit, but it’s not a big deal. And if really want to erase them, I can. It just takes more effort than I usually want to spend while labeling lol, so I don’t bother getting every little mark off. The only issue I’ve had, is that if the label gets too cold, and gets that little bit of ice sheen on it, or is a bit wet, you can’t write on it. You need to make sure it’s really dry, or the sharpie wont show up. But, again, that’s not a huge deal. I just keep a bit of paper towel next to me to dry off any bit of moisture on the lid when I’m doing a batch of food.

I have been using these labels on everything for years. Wanna know when the last time you replaced the battery? Slap a label on it and write it down, put the label on the device. Wanna know what that brown block of ice is in the freezer? If you had slapped a label on the container you would know. Once the label is on the container, you just erase, rename, and use again, and again (the labels will go through the dishwasher just fine). By the way, I did put a label on the container and it was that great Beef Stew I made in February. Are you using that old mason jar for putting dried beans in? I know you are, Covid19 prepper people. Do your self a favor and slap a label on the jar and make a notation about what kind of beans they are and when you "canned them." And for the love of all things, when you make some kind of strange brew concoction for your garden, slap a label on it so that we know what to tell poison control. So many uses.

I use them constantly!Now I remember to place dates on left overs. They work on canning jars. The labels stay put so it is nice to reuse them.This is an item I will continue to order!
4.0 out of 5 stars Good Product, but Wish I Could Order Just the Size I Use
The labels work great. The markings usually stay on reasonably well, and with some hot water and soap they erase easily.My one complaint is that they only offer the mixed size package. I have absolutely NO use for the smallest ones and very little use for the medium size ones. I end up having to buy more packages in order to get the large size that I use. But perhaps that is their way of getting us to buy more.

We use these to label my kiddos daycare bottles/cups/bowls. They're SO convenient and keep us from having to use masking tape. Simply write in any permanent marker and it easily erases off with any old eraser or can even be washed off in the sink with the right soap. Also dishwasher safe (we only dishwash ours once a month to sanitize though). They come in varying sizing, admittedly the smaller size is very limited in what I could use it for, but the larger ones are about the size of a regular address label you'd print at home, and the medium ones are roughly the size of an oblong/rectangular postage stamp. Definitely with the proportions allowed more of the large/medium ones and less of the tiny ones, but overall for the use I get out of the entire package, I'm very satisfied for the price we paid.

UPDATE:My most recent purchase of these labels in July 2023 reveals these have been completely re-designed since 2020. These labels no longer have the LABEL ONCE printed on every single label, which is nice. HOWEVER, THESE LABELS DO NOT STAY ON AFTER WASHING. They will now come off in the dishwasher every time they are washed & require a new label every time used. I will search for another product, as these no longer work for me to label my food containers, erase & use new dates like they used to work.I originally started buying these labels almost 4 years ago when my 1st granddaughter was born and we needed to send breastmilk to daycare with a label on it every day. I also started using them to date my food so that I could remember how old everything in the refrigerator was. I always think i will remember, but then don't! I also use these labels when I go to a potluck for labeling my utensils or the food I bring with what it is. I use a fine point sharpie (not extra fine) to write on the labels, and a paper towels easily wipes off the previous date on the saver container tops. I just keep the labels on the lids until they come off...usually months later. I used to write on masking tape, but that wasn't re-usable.

I love these things! I use them on my husbands TV dinners that I make for him to take to work. I generally use a magic eraser to remove the sharpie, instead of the eraser it comes with. I find the Majic Eraser to be quicker & very effective. The one that comes with it works, but requires more swipes. The labels do what they claim, they can be used multiple times, by erasing the info you write on them, they can even be removed (once or twice max), & replaced if needed. I occasionally wash my food containers on the top rack of the dishwasher, & they even survive that, with no difficulty. This is my second time to buy these, & I highly recommend them!

I also plan to use them for some theft protection and place them on some items at our acreage with identity markers (assuming the potential thief doesn't know they are erasable! ).
