Purchased this for my sister and I. She uses a knee sleeve that she always pulls up (keeps sliding down). Size and the fit is great since it's adjustable. Gives my knee full support and both my sister and I are happy that the pain when walking has decreased or in most cases, gone. For its price, it is a great buy!

These work great for knee pain. I bought these multiple times for different people including myself and they all say they help with the knee pain. My Dad wears them every day on his knee and his elbow.

Misjudged the distance from the curb to the street and came down hard on my right foot which resulted in pain up my leg. A few months later, my knee felt like it was hyperextending when I walked. Had to use a cane for support and curtail 90% of my walking. Am slowly getting better but the hyperextension feeling isn't going away. My daughter said her friends recommended this type of knee strap/brace so I figured I could always return it if it didn't do the job.Well, it really works...not perfectly, but well enough that I can walk without that hyperextension feeling. To look at it, you wouldn't think this thing could do anything beneficial but I can tell you it -does- let me walk with 90% pain relief. I do get an occasional twinge but, if this strap lets me eliminate the need for surgery, I'm buying some spares.Bottom line: It not expensive, it's well-made, and it works.

I have experienced leg pain for more than a year, especially in bed, trying to find a comfortable position. I bought this and to my surprise the very first night in bed it helped. I have been using it daily and find great results. I am 88 and had the other knewe replaced several years ago. Dont want to do knee at my age now. The brace under the knee cap seemed to help me immediately. I recommend. I bought two more and gave them away to someone with knee problems.

The sizing works great for small adults (I am 5’0), but unfortunately the support strap itself is quite unpadded and the fabric used seems like it would chafe quickly with how tight they need to be for support. The way the stitching was finished almost seems hard, like it was melted with heat to reduce fraying, and just trying them on in my house felt like it was cutting into my skin. I also bought the PhysFlex patellar supports and the front strap is much more cushioned and the fabric is much softer, but the one size fastening straps are way too long for my thin and small legs. My solution has been to use the fastening straps from the iPow support on the PhysFlex front strap, but I only need to do that because of my size. If you are anything approaching a regular adult size, I would just go for the PhysFlex and not consider the iPow. The iPow is definitely still functionally supportive, but not the most comfortable, which is unfortunate considering the iPow cost more than the PhysFlex at the time of writing this review.

Very durable materials and lightweight!! 2 for price of one. Fit multiple size knees and really make patellar feel better when exercising.

I wear these on all of my long runs due to prior issues with Runner's Knee and it does feel like it helps. I had tried kinesiotape in the past but that would make my skin way too dry and itchy so these are much better long term.

I sometime have pain or weakness below the knee for about 7 years after injuring it at a wedding. I baby t and it goes away. The last 3 weeks, I’ve been taking care of my mother and it required running stairs 10 plus times a day. I started to really feel the pain and hesitated going down the stairs. It was really bothering me. I just started using these braces yesterday and I immediately felt the relief and ease on my knees. Would recommend 10/10

Poor quality
This product unfortunately doesn’t do what it says, the portion that is supposed to help the knee is none existent. It is poor quality and doesn’t do much of anything to help the knee pain
Stays in place
This is one of my best knee braces I’ve gotten! I did not like those big bulky knee guards and it’s very warm and troublesome to wear. This knee brace pushed up the patella and ease off the pain that the rubbing create. This pair is nicely made as it will locked into each side of the straps. It doesn’t comes off at all unlike some other brands where the straps is too short and does not strap over each other. Love using this whenever I’m playing pickleball.
