Love the flavor and it had the right thickness for adding to a fruit salad. It brought the fruit salads together and made them wonderful.

I ordered two of these and they came at different times. One of them came with the top to make it easier to use. Weather did not come with it but I suppose I can use the top for both of them. People say that they expire soon but since sugar has a preservative I’m sure that they’ll be all right if you keep them in the refrigerator. The worst thing that would probably happen is they will get hard and you would need to heat it up and add some water. The bottles are excellent for long-term storage in the refrigerator. With a product like this however, I would expect the expiration date to be about 9 months in the future.

Drizzle this luscious sauce over vanilla ice cream on your favorite berry dessert - cobbler, pie, etc. Excellent touch for company.

The best blackberry sauce I have ever eaten. I discovered Lyons while on vacation in San Francisco at a wonderful restaurant that had an ice cream desert bar. I was so impressed, I wrote down the manufactures name. Ordered all the flavors through Bolo. Love them all. I also cook with them.
