The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is really beautiful and creates an amazing ambiance when you need chill and relaxing vibes. I placed it in my small esthetics/lash suite (about 10x10 ft room) and it’s the perfect size to cozy up the space. Clients ALWAYS comment on the nice space when they walk in. I don’t think they’d love it as much without this fireplace. The flame images are fantastic and the heat is nice, though I don’t turn heat on frequently since I put a shelf above it. I have not fully figured out the side light settings because as you click through the colors, sometimes it will be two different colors and I don’t know how to make them match (manufacturer, feel free to email me instructions if you see this!), but there are a few presets that are matching, as shown in the video and picture, so I’m not counting off any points as it very well could just be my user error operating it properly. I just need it to light up so I don’t care what color it is. Overall, It is wonderful, totally love it for the price, highly recommend. I have been using it for 3 months now and no problems. Installation is easy - just mount the track and it hangs, then screws to secure. No wiggle, very sturdy. I can lift it on and off the track myself, not too heavy, but not flimsy.

It has to be easy to install for me and this was!!I only had a small area to put it in and it fit perfectly with a mirror above it...Looks Great... just got it .... but unlike allot that you order on BoloThis is working great so far!! Hope it stays that wayAt this point... so Happy with this Fireplace!!
1.0 out of 5 stars Don't Even Waste the Time! Flames Look Like A Badly Executed CGI Effect...
Ordered this and was extremely excited to get it to place in a rather plush and "luxury-feel" master suite. I only had it out of the box for about 15 minutes and didn't even bother to take the plastic completely off before I reboxed it for a refund. It is CLEAR that the flame is not real. It looks like some type of cheaply done CGI effect. I only wish that I would have taken some photos or videos of it to post before I reboxed it to return, but I was so disappointed with it that I just couldn't wait to get it back out of my house and to the UPS store.I do NOT recommend this electric fireplace at ALL! The beautiful, realistic flames shown in the pictures on these sites are NOTHING like the actual flame. I almost am wondering if they shot a picture of a REAL flame for the pictures used instead. And the background you see in the photos behind the flames isn't that nice dark grey/black, but a weird maroon/burgundy color, which as you can imagine, adds to the inauthenticity of the flames' look.I will attempt to order another electric LED fireplace and hope it looks more realistic than this one, but I am not getting my hopes up at this point. Save your money and your time and try another.

Love the look of this, seems high quality, but super bummed that it says "vent free" in product information but the directions when I went to install say you cannot have the top vent covered if using the heat function. I now see a product image here that shows the top-vent. I planned to mount this below the TV and build a surround for it. Now it's too late to return and I don't know what to do. It will look stupid sticking out from the wall 5 inches.

This is my second electric fireplace. My first one did not have a remote control and I bought this one because I remodeled my kitchen. I really like the look of this fireplace. It is smaller than I thought but it worked out because I was not sure how it would fit in the space where my old fireplace was mounted. I love the different colors and the modern vibe. As others have said the heater does not warm the room like my first fireplace but I love it.Update: Actually the heater works better than I originally thought. I now put it on the highest setting. I definitely recommend this fireplace.
Looks good but unreliable
Product looked good and easy to assemble and install, after 3 months (Just outside the return policy) the fan stopped working and so the "flames" froze!!

Attractive and highly functional unit
Nice looking fireplace that is quiet and puts out great heat. Received it promptly and was wrapped extremely well. We used it to replace another unit of similar size. Very pleased overall.attractive
Heat doesn’t work
Heat doesn’t work. Purchased in summer, never used heat was just for visuals. Now I’m a couple months outside warranty and product useless. I could have just my TV to a fireplace channel….
