LOVE this!!!!!! Three different color flame settings. It's awesome. We have a brick mantle and attached it to that. Easy to install and works great. The little rocks look cool in it and love the remote. Using the heat function knocks the chill off. GREAT ambiance.

The media could not be loaded. I love it. The flames are beautiful. It takes the chill out of the air in my bedroom. Easy to install. I bought because it was on sale.

Its a cute little wall mounted fireplace. It will serve its purpose adding warmth and ambiance to the room that it was installed. I had hoped it might look a little more realistic, but all good.

This was easy to install and looks great. There were a few design improvements we suggested - around placement of wall bracket. The only weird thing is that the heat comes out on the top rather than the front. We bought a plastic deflector and that helps. Also I would recommend something on the top that shows you if you leave the heat on. There is a light on the side but it not in an easy place to see. Price and size were good.

This electric fireplace arrived on time and in perfect condition. It had easy to follow directions on how to mount it on several types of wall surfaces. It was easy to mount and works perfectly. The remote control makes operating it very easy. I would buy it again.

It’s ok I had one before and I love it this one just doesn’t work as well. I don’t like the flame or how it heats the room it’s not really as nice as my old one the remote is not as easy to use as most either.

Was so excited about getting this fireplace. It arrived on time and was easy to install. Only problem is that IT DOESNT WORK! Also did not come with a remote. Pretty sure this was a return item. After looking at the box it appears box was retapped and there were two other UPS tags on the box. Think it’s been reshipped a few times.

I love this thing. Not only does it look AMAZING in my office but it honesty keeps my office so nice and warm. I usually turn it off after about 2 hours as it can get really hot but in a good way:)
