Great supplement for a paleo/primal diet! Have been wanting to try MCT oil for a while (mainly in place of coconut oil in my morning coffee), but couldn't bring myself to give $$$ to Dave Asprey/bulletproof, and wasn't able to find an alternative with quality ingredients/reviews. After lots of research, I stumbled upon Onnit and am SO happy I did! Have only had it for a few days but I am already in love. Gives a clean, long-lasting burst of energy that doesn't make you crash later on. It is completely tasteless and odorless, and I love that there are no fillers or weird additives -- so great! I have even added it to homemade salad dressing and it works out wonderfully.As many others mentioned, START SLOW! I added half a tablespoon to my coffee for the first serving, and moved up to the full tablespoon with no problem or discomfort. The bottle was VERY well packaged, and arrived before scheduled. My only complaint is the bottle/spout design. No matter how careful I am, some oil ends up running down the side of the bottle. Other than that, I could not be happier with my purchase, and I will be ordering more once this bottle runs out! If you're looking for MCT oil, definitely go with Onnit!

I do not purchase this MCT oil based on flavor or price. I purchase it for the benefits received. Little did I know, my wife submitted me to a blind-test with "other brands". After a few weeks, I told her that the MCT oil wasn't "working" anymore. She then apologized and told me about swapping-out (due to either price or availability). I don't understand what the differences might have been, but I am back to enjoying the benefits received from this particular brand. I have been adding this to my morning coffee for about 2 years, now. (I have recommended this everyone that has complained to me about aches and pains in the joints)

I have tried MCT oil from Left Coast, Sports Research, and now Onnit - All available via Bolo.Pros - Mixes well with smoothies and shakes. Taste is neutral when mixed with strong flavors (fruit, veggies, etc).Cons - None, all of these products work well.Thoughts - Try several brands, I enjoy Onnit products but that doesn't mean the others aren't good also. I gave this product 4 stars for two reasons: It does not think it stands out from competition, they are all about on par in quality and this one is pricey. This is less of a complaint and more of a gripe but I actually prefer the emulsified/flavored MCT oil on their website.TL;DR minus 1 star for price/quality vs competition and not offering emulsified MCT oil through Bolo!

I've noticed increased cognition and focus on a more consistent basis since incorporating these into my diet. Really happy with the purchase and I will continue to keep them on order.I like that there aren't extra chemicals or bs in the ingredients.

I'm a little confused by the negative comments here. This is not an emulsified creamer; it is just the oil. Quality seems great. I've been using this the past few mornings in my version of bulletproof coffee and it blends up great and doesn't add any off flavors. What more could you ask for?Quality wise, it seems to be great. Onnit has a good reputation and I trust in the product because of it.If you're diving into the keto lifestyle, MCT oil is something you're going to want and this a great one. High quality and works great in drinks that you're going to blend up. Definitely recommended.

I'm on a keto lifestyle. This oil has curb my appetite. I sometimes have to force myself to eat. I started with 1TB spoon a day. I'm now doing 1TB spoon in the morning and one at night. The taste is not the best. It's not available on Bolo right now.
