Dosage is 2 grams, twice a day. People are complaining that it doesn't dissolve in water, but I don't care. I put my dosage in a quarter cup of water, make sure it soaks up the water then I swallow it down and scrape it off the sides and the butterknife. I sometimes chew on it a little bit before swallowing. I like the taste. It kinda tastes like a less sweetened version of cookie dough. It seems to be a great addition to my arsenal so far. Berberine 500 mg 3x per day is also great for parasites and the "anti parasite smoothie" (google it) has papaya/pineapple/pumpkin seeds. Kerri Rivera has some good tips but her suggestion (won't mention it here) is making my skin dry/itch and as of today a rash is starting to appear on my forehead so I toned it down (chlorine will do that). It's important to only take the smoothie for 3 days in a row and then 3 days off (else parasites adapt). On the 3 days off I drink about 15 drops of oregano oil, thyme and frankincense (15 drops each). I started off at 5 drops each and slowly built up. I am amazingly having great progress so far! Zero breads, zero starch, zero dairy and zero carbs other than that smoothie (mainly just burger patties with spicy mustard and 6 eggs a day)... That's my thing right now and Chondroitin I'm starting to believe is just as important as the other things if not the most important. Buying the 500 mg bag tonight.

Since taking this Chondroitin with Glucosamine it seems to have made a difference in a short period of time. I'm noticing I don't have the aches I've had before in different areas of my body. I've been dealing with a bad case of inflammation all throughout my body, loaded with pain. This is helping me not have the pains, and my movement is much easier to move.This is a good product, you won't regret trying it.On the side note, the problem mixing it in any liquid isn't easy. However, I have found a special way! Use "distilled water". Add a 1/2 of cup of distilled water in a cup, 1/2 tsp of Chondroitin and stir with a wooden skewer stick. Keep stirring and it will completely dissolve! While stirring scrap the sides of the cup. This does work! (If you want you can place the glucosamine in it as well. I was just trying to figure how to take Chondroitin, being it doesn't mix well). But it does with distilled water and a wooden skewer. Apparently the Chondroitin leeches to stainless steel/metal as it did my fork. Which seems Chondroitin and metal doesn't go well together.Try the distilled water and a wooden skewer stick and you'll be a happy camper mixing this! Cheers! :)

I reached out to the seller but have not received any response.I purchased the 3.5 oz package of Chondroitin Sulfate on April 21st, receiving the next day and began using on the 24th. the package states that it provides 100 servings at 1/2 tsp. each. I have used 3 servings per day since receiving and today on May 3rd I have only 2 or 3 days worth left. I use a measuring spoon, it should have lasted 33 days not 14. I cannot continue purchasing if this is the normal practice.

My favorite pup was having trouble jumping on the bed and using the stairs. I've been giving her this for a little over a month and it seems to be helping, as she is on the bed every night and hesitates less with stairs. I chose Chondroitin Sulfate Powder after researching, and I order other products from this company so I trust them. Fingers crossed it keeps working.

This product in conjunction with the BulkSupplements Pure MSM and BulkSupplements Pure Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium appears to be helping with a knee that was very stiff and painful. I had this bad knee for about a year. It was constant. It hurt every time I walked. It was most painful when I stood up from a seated position. It would take me a couple very slow steps to be able to actually walk on it. Very painful every day, all day. I started taking these three powders together. At first there was a slight improvement. As I adjusted my amounts I noticed more and more improvement. I finally reached a combination that has made my pains completely go away. I have been pain free now for over 6 months. I am not sure which of the three helped the most. I will be testing to see which one actually helps. Until I figure that out, I contribute my recovery to all three.My only complaint with the BulkSupplement powders is the bags that these powders come in. I have purchased bulk powders from BulkSupplements for a while now. Pretty much every bag does not re-seal. The zip locks are crap. They may work a couple times but then they are worthless. So be prepared to put these powders in some other containers.BTW...I paid full price for this product. It was not provided to me in return for a review.

Got this for my Pitty who has "lame leg". This is great as a natural remedy. I do 1/8 tsp in her food in the morning & at night (she's 68lbs & 3 1/2yrs old). If her leg acts up I adjust the dose to 1/4 tsp twice a day. She has no problem eating it mixed in with her wet food. I use this in conjunction with their Glucosamine, Boswellia, & MSM. We're on a VERY tight budget so this is much more cost effective to do then buying Cosequin even when that is on special at the local warehouse store. I just add this to the mix along with either Hemp or Olive oil & some tumeric & she's like new!!!! Just be sure to do your research on your creatures age & weight as well as species. If I have to put my cats on this as they get older I will too.
