It was a great size for him. He was having a hard time finding a smaller pressure cooker to just make himself a small portion. He absolutely loved how easy it was to use and open- he’s in his late 80s. He said he hadn’t had beans like the ones he made in 60 years! This is a great product that was also a splendid price.
