Acabo de comprar esta creatina monohidratada y mi primera impresión es excelente. El envase viene bien sellado, con la información clara y detallada sobre la dosificación. El polvo es fino, sin grumos y se disuelve fácilmente en agua o en mi batido post-entrenamiento, sin dejar sabor extraño.Me gusta que sea 100% pura y sin aditivos, lo que da confianza en su calidad. Aunque recién comencé a usarla, ya se siente un extra de energía en los entrenamientos y estoy motivada para ver los resultados a largo plazo en fuerza y recuperación muscular.En general, una muy buena compra para complementar mi rutina de ejercicio y cuidar el rendimiento.

Ya compré esta creatina varias veces y siempre me dio excelentes resultados. Me ayuda a tener más fuerza, energía y resistencia durante los entrenamientos, y también noto una mejor recuperación muscular. Es de buena calidad, se disuelve bien, lo que la hace fácil de tomar todos los días. Es un producto que realmente funciona y por eso sigo eligiéndolo. Súper recomendable💪🏻

So I received my first 60 servings bottle on 6/2/25, and I started to use creatine on 6/3/25. I’m already on day 62 using creatine and I still have plenty of it left when I should be finished with the bottle. So I decided to check the scoop and it’s only 4g and not the 5g that it states. I weighed it numerous times with my food scale and it kept hitting 4, never hit 5 once. So be conscious about the scoop folks. Maybe I’m wrong in this, I don’t know, this is my first time dealing with creatine.The pros, it dissolves easily with my protein. Has never upsetted my stomach, and I feel it has helped me with my lifts and recovery. I would buy it again but I’m now making sure I’m taking the recommended 5g of creatine.
