Started taking a green tea supplement as I hear green tea is very good at lowering cholesterol. I trust Nature's Bounty supplements. Description of supplement mentions that they are pills. They are capsules - Bolo needs to update this. I prefer capsules over pills any day. Hoping by adding green tea to my daily supplement routine helps to lower my cholesterol.

These capsules are perfect to take in the morning because you can turn it into a tea and open it up, or just take by mouth. No tasting the capsule at all which is nice.
