I took this Vitamin C during my pregnancy and I found it to do a great job at boosting my immune system. I caught a couple colds and taking this while sick led me to experience only mild symptoms. The price is a great value as well.

I’ll give this vitamin C a solid five stars, mostly because… well, it’s vitamin C. Not really sure how you mess that up unless you’re trying really hard. The tablets are easy to take, haven’t upset anyone’s stomach, and they make us feel like we’re at least trying to stay healthy while juggling the chaos of daily life. We don’t have lab results or a microscope, but we haven’t been sick lately and we’re feeling pretty smug about that. It’s the kind of supplement that does its thing quietly in the background—no drama, no weird side effects, just classic immune support doing its vitamin-y thing.

I wanted to love these, and I think the product is fine, but they gave me stomach ache/cramping feeling a few hours after use. I wondered why I was getting daily stomach aches so I stopped taking them and the aches stopped. I had the same issue with this brand and their raw D3. I don’t think I normally have a sensitive stomach so I’m not sure what the issue was for me, so just a heads up!

I've just begun to use the Garden of Life Vitamin C. The fact that it's gluten-free and non-GMO is important to me. The product is sourced from whole foods and that shows they value quality. The inclusion of enzymes and probiotics is a bonus! Lastly, I was on a hunt for a whole food vitamin C and this one surpassed my expectations. I am likely to continue purchasing in the future.

Repeat purchaser. Excellent product. My body approves as well. Best form of C to absorb, and I don’t seem to get any sicknesses. Of course I do take other whole food supplements with this, but C is a water soluble supplement, and when people around me are sick I pop one of these. Oh and its great with Matcha for absorption. :)
