Did you know that plastic bottles can leach micro-plastics onto you capsules? (At least that's what I've been seeing!) So far, I have really enjoyed this supplement. I appreciate that it includes Vitamin C and the high potency Zinc really stands out. The fact that it's in raw whole food form is a total game-changer. Plus, it's NSF Gluten Free - doesn't get much better than that! I've got to say, I love this brand. Doesn't make me nauseated like some zinc supplements do. A go-to for my daily health routine!

Zinc is important. I can't pretend I feel a major difference on this or that I have tested to see how much I'm absorbing or that I am deficient in zinc. However, men should probably consider supplementing with zinc from time to time (lost in emissions and important for testosterone levels) and this one seems good quality
I've not been ill once since I started using these
I am not the sort of person that gets ill all the time but for the last 2 years I was plagued with the common cold. Id be fine for 3 weeks and then catch something again - a sure sign my immune system was down. So I started taking these with the Vitamin C and it's been 3 months since I've caught anything :). I'm very happy.
Really difficult to judge
Started taking this 3 months in advance before my daughter started going to nursery as we expected to receive new viruses constantly from her interactions there. I was under the impression that enhancing immunity with this product will help reduce the frequency or intensity of getting sick but that did not happen (at least from frequency perspective). It seems whenever she get sick, everyone gets it regardless of whether we took this product or not. And since I did not witness any difference after taking it for 3 months, I do not see value in reordering this ever

It works really well. I don't feel cold all the time, my nails are way stronger, I feel stronger physically. I have adrenal fatigue, which is mostly gone with a good diet and a few supplements and this is one of them is going to be one of them for a long time.
