    If you ever need a few calories, or that little extra caffeine lift, this is a great choice. The orange flavor is nice and the product is fresh and ready to eat on the run, or while taking a drive.

    We have used these for all of our race needs. From a half marathon to a full Ironman these are our go to energy gels. We used to use gu and sports beans until we found these. They are a bit pricey but work great to keep us from cramping and passing out. Easy to carry, don’t melt, easy to eat on the go. They taste great and we love that up can get whatever kind you need for your event whether it has sodium or caffeine or just carbs.
