For one person you need less than a teaspoon per bowl of ramen, as each tiny piece expands greatly when boiled. This should last me a while.

Honestly didn't expect so much wakame for the price. After trying it I was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic and rich flavor. The only downside is with so much wakame, will have to find more things to make than just Miso Soup, haha. Highly recommend!!As a bonus if you eat a lot of raw fish, supplementing your diet with seaweed helps remove Mercury from the body, so it's a total win win.

I love seaweed salad and usually buy it ready to eat at the supermarket but it is a little pricey, about $ 4.00 for a 2 oz container. So I decided to try my luck finding a source and making it myself. I wasn't sure how to use it but after research I put it in a container and added hot water. Immediately expanded to several times its volume and it was more than enough to make a big seaweed salad. Recipes are easy to find and it came out great.The taste was not quite the same as what I buy at the store, there are many kinds of seaweed, but it was very good and the price is unbeatable. Now I can have as much seaweed salad as I want and it won't hurt my pocket. Definitely a buy it!

A bag lasts a long time for home use. These kelp is a bit heavier and chewier than some I have tried. I happen to like it, but some may find this too chewier.

I purchased two bag and after hydrating a little bit it produced a lot of delicious wakame for my salads and miso soups. One of these large bags is enough to last you a long time. I'd say it's great stock for businesses that sell foods that contain wakame. I absolutely recommend.

I think my kids ended up eating this stuff dry. They think it's the best ever and I love it in our soup. Very tasty and I think it's a good deal for what you get.

I bought a set of quick-brewing tonkotsu ramen for lunch at work, I add fried meat cut into pieces, a boiled egg cut in half, shallots if I have them, and, of course, my favorite wakame seaweed from this set. This ramen is simply gorgeous. These seaweeds are crunchy, but they are tender, cut into convenient slices, contain iron, iodine and bromine. This is a wonderful preventative for iodine deficiency and thyroid problems.

J ai chercher un moment dans les magasin près de chez moi ce genre d algue qui une fois tremper dans de l eau chaude reprennent et se réhydrate. très bon dans une soupe ou comme side dish. Le paquet est plutot conséquent, donc ca vaux le coup.

As per the previous comments, the product photos on Bolo do not reflect the actual packaging.There is a warning on the back of the package that "consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including Lead, Inorganic Arsenic, Cadmium, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.". There is no recourse to return this product and Bolo should not be selling it.
