I've been using this for 5 years. It's awesome, all natural and no hormones. It takes 30 days of taking it every day to see full benefits. If you skip more than 2 doses it takes a couple weeks to get back on track. Maybe 1 hot flash during the day and 1 or 2 very mild night sweats. It helps with the other issues of menapause also.

I’m 52 and was starting to get hot flashes. I was waking up every morning with my shirt off. I would get so hot my chest and back would sweat and I had to change my pillowcase every day. I had a few hot flashes, mainly at home in the evening that lasted a few minutes. I would feel panicked and have to take my robe or shirt off. My husband is under blankets while I’m in a tank top and shorts. (As a side note: I was diagnosed with severe anemia in Oct 2021 and was extremely cold natured for several years. Even though my iron level is much better, being hot is very abnormal for me). Someone told me about Amberen several years ago, so I decided to try it. At the time it didn’t do much for me because I didn’t need it yet. When all of these menopause symptoms started about 3 months ago, I decided to try it again. I’m an instant gratification person but decided to stick with it. I’m not sure how long it took for me to notice a difference, but I’d say less than than a month. I honestly didn’t think about it, I just noticed that I wasn’t waking up with my shirt off. I haven’t woken up sweating at night since I’ve been taking it. There was no moment when I thought “this stuff is working now!” I’m not sure about mood changes because I’ve always been somewhat grouchy. I’ve gained weight, but that’s because I’ve been eating poorly. I know some women eat healthy and exercise and still gain weight when they start going through menopause, but I’m not one of those women. I’ve recommended it to SO many people. I always tell them that I’m a skeptic for over the counter products that make unsubstantiated claims, but I stand behind Amberen 100%. I’m not on HRT at this time. As far as sexual issues that come with age, I don’t notice a difference there, unfortunately. I may end up on HRT, but I will continue to use Amberen as long as my doctor says it’s ok. I don’t know what is in this supplement , but I don’t care. The resolution of hot flashes is enough for me to keep taking it. I’m usually inconsistent with medications, but I do not forget this one! I’ve had ZERO side effects from it. If you’re having hot flashes and other menopause symptoms, go to the drugstore and get some today! It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny. I hope it works for everyone else as it had for me!

I have been using this for almost 2 months and waited to write my review. This does seem to help with sleep quality and minimizes my hot flashes. I still have some insomnia and get hot flashes through out the day but not as much. This is marketed to help with a number of menopause symptoms, but those are the two that I have noticed the most difference with since taking this for almost 60 days.

I can only give it 3 because I am on my second pack and still having hot flashes. I have 1 more pack to go and if it doesn’t work then I move on. This might not work for me doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else. God bless all

Fast ship, product in great shape as expected! I did some research as I do not want or plan to take HRT; I tried some herbs had a reaction and somehow the amberen popped up on one of my searches on Bolo so I dug dipper and was liking that it had no herbs as I did have a reaction to another product, no soy, nothing to mimic estrogen, it just balances everything out , I like the ingredients. The first day I toke no night sweats and had been getting 4-5x a night I was miserable not sleeping well about to cave into HRT; that night I toke Amberen for the 1st time no night sweats or flashes. My energy was so much better only a few hours after taking as well. I highly recommend!!!! If you’re suffering and don’t want HRT try it you won’t be disappointed!

I wrote a review for the Evening Primrose and it works better on my adult acne. I wrote that the evening primrose stopped my hot flashes but they came back just not as bad. I added this to my taking first thing in the morning and yes under control now. This has help 99% with the hot flashes and I don't see any side effects. I wanted to let everyone know how this has helped me and I use the evening primrose at night for my skin and added help with the hot flashes. Together all is well now. I hope they don't stop making this. Seems like when something is helping it is pulled off the market. I wanted to update how my hot flashes and skin acne is under control. This is amazing and I only ask if you could lower the price. . ThanksI wanted to say because now that the company has jacked up the price because it is probably doing well in sells, They are not really thinking about the benefits of how it is helping people like myself. I'm not surprised but I wanted to come on here and tell everyone, unless you can afford to buy this every month, look else where. I'm having to do this now. This works well for me but I was spending $19.99 as of last year 2018. I'm now seeing a $20 increase in this one box of pills for 30 days, not 31. I'm on here now looking for something to replace this so those volcanoes don't come back to my head. I hate companies like this that are so much out for money than helping people. This is almost at $35 dollars for one box of a 30 day supply. I will no longer buy this product even though it does work for me. I'm now looking for a cheaper relief and if I find it, I will come back and say it works and it is worth cutting the cost buy almost $20. I'm now giving this a (1) STAR because of how high this product has become.

I was in search of something more natural to help combat the hot flashes and night sweats. I decided to try this. After taking it for one month I noticed a drastic decline in hot flashes/night sweats. I have since subscribed to monthly delivery and will not be without!

I have been using this for over 10 yrs, I use to just go over to the US and pick it up at the Walmart or order it online, t now with this damn Covid I can't get over there so had to order on Bolo. With the exchange it works out much more affordable to get it from the US but I don't have that luxury at the moment. It 1as $159.00 for the 3 pkgs and it's only 109$ with the exchange when I get it in the US. Lets see it go down in price, that would be a bonus. It works for me, and has for over 10 yrs. I have no symptoms, I'm 55 and had a total hysterectomy in 2013 so I have no hormones at all kicking around, but whatever is in this...give me no symptoms what so ever...All my friends are sleepless, hot sweats, cold sweats, no sexual desire etc....Me...I'm ready to roll at all times. Enjoy :)
