Used it in the evening after the baby and other kids were asleep. Only problems were the water got cold before I wanted to get out, and my legs would fall asleep sitting so long 🤣

Great product to use for postpartum. I used them to make a bunch of frozen padsicles and they were wonderful and I believe helped the healing process. Smells great too and gentle.

I purchased the large boxing containing 6 individual herbal pads, which are basically oversized tea bags. The directions say to steep the herbal pad in boiling water for 5 mins and place as a warm compress directly on the perineum. I choose to steep the herbal pad and use it and the water as a sitz bath for 15-20 minutes. This offered a nice change from the normal sitz bath. I felt that the herbal aspect did in fact provide a more soothing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this product to any mother postpartum.I was able to get the actual sitz bath device from my nurse at the hospital, however you can find them on Bolo to purchase as well.The only downside, which is just a fact of motherhood, was finding the actual time to prepare the sitz bath or prepare the product as its intended warm compress.

I had a natural birth at a birthing center (meaning no epidural, just me pushing the baby out).I purchased these and these were a lifesaver! Not only did I use the "tea bags" against my very swollen lady parts, but also used the remaining liquid in additional maxi pads, put in the freezer, and then used ice cold. Talk about relief! I would recommend using in a pad versus in a sitz pad for more targeted relief (for other reviewers who said that the remaining liquid was not enough to be soothing in a bath).I have given some of my left over tea bags (2-3 bags) to a neighbor who also found them to be soothing, and have been recommending them to all my momma friends ever since.I would say it is a very fair price for 6 bags - and it really isn't a lot of work - it's as simple as boiling water in the kettle and letting them steep!

I found this product a little late, but I felt it stll worked. I had a VERY bad internal laceration with surgery following delivery, so my healing process was a little longer than normal. I used these 5 weeks post partum and they actually took some of the swelling down and eased the pain. I continue to use them (9 weeks PP) and I still feel they are very soothing and comforting.I think if I used them sooner, it would have been more beneficial. Otherwise, great product!!

Can’t speak for the quality of the product because it arrived damaged. The box was clearly opened and tore, as well as the bag inside. Be aware that it’s not eligible for a return/refund either. Very disappointing.

after having my little boy i was veryyyyy sore (as you can imagine) the only was i could go for a wee was by getting in the shower and running water over me while weeing. so i bought these and i put them in boiling water and then took them out and put them in the freezer, to use sort of like ice packs & i used them every nice when i went to bed, by putting a towel under me and just putting them on my lady area for a few minutes. i felt SO much better after a few uses. they were great and i don't know what i would of done without them. definitely recommend!

Great for quick healing after giving birth.

I purchased this to use after giving birth.I had a second degree tear whilst giving birth and haemorrhoids ( i know tmi). So was very sore. I used this after soaking on top of my pads and got instant relief of pain. My piles also healed in two days.I also used this in a bath soak and it definitely helped me have some relief. I would then use the pad on my underwear after the bath.My stitches were almost completely healed after two weeks and completely healed after three.I would definitely recommend using this. It is easy to use and provides pain relief.I was able to stop using dihydrocodeine tablets after two days and just paracetamol and ibuprofen for a week after giving birth.

Not sure if this actually sped up the healing process but it felt nice and soothing when applied warm. The box suggests to put in your pad when frozen, and also to pour excess liquid on pad then to put in freezer which I tried - it was excruciatingly cold!! Didn't like the freezer option at al although I have been told that helps with reducing any swelling
