Had been using this perm for years when the store quit carrying it. Was glad to find it on Bolo. It is not a strong permanent solution so it rarely burns the hair. I'm sure you could but it really is good for fine hair. It does have a strong perm solution smell that lasted through the first shampoo, but since it is so good with my hair, it is a small price to pay. It is important to do a test curl if your hair is a bit longer in order to ensure the bottom curls as much as the top. I didn't time it right last time and the bottom of my hair didn't curl as tightly as the top. A test time would have helped. Still, overall it is an excellent perm for thin delicate hair.

Ordered for my mom. She says it works perfectly. I returned to repurchase but that price is dramatically higher! Had to pass. CVS sells this on line for approx $12 each.
