So far I would rate this as an excellent product and excellent customer service. Assembly went smooth with one minor issue and they addressed it immediately over the phone.

So far so good. I installed it two days ago, using a brand new cover.Pros:-I like how easy it is to get the cover onto the caddy. I don’t know if it will be this easy when the cover is waterlogged though-it was pretty easy to put togetherCons:-the arms poke into the cover more than I would like. I covered them with pool noodles and also wedge halved pool noodles between the cover and the arms to keep the arms from denting the inside of the cover-I’m not sure I could’ve gotten the caddy under the hot tub when it was full of water. I was already draining it so it was easier to lift. That being said my Dad and I had to rig a lever system to get it under the base of the hot tub, so it is better if you have someone to help you.I will update this review after it’s been in use a while.

I had been injured at work right after I installed this setup for a new cover we had already ordered and was waiting on, and let me tell you I wish I would have spent the money on it when we had gotten our prior setup which was a bar that rocked over to the center of the cover and the cover folded onto that and then it kinda lifted it off.....THIS PRODUCT: Lifts the cover off after you just slide it into the mouth kinda setup, and then slides it into a upward position where it sits basically next to the hot tub supported on its outside edges opposite the hinge of the fold.It was great for us because prior my injury I was the one who did the other way because it was harder for my wife to do, especially since that cover was kind of taking on water. This one is super simple that my wife now has it all ready before I even get close to getting in. I haven't gotten to the point where I am able to do it safely (well feel comfortable about it) but I am working on recovery so totally understandable.Out of every lifter or holder I have used, or seen, this one is my favorite. Check it all out when you receive it and make sure it will work for you before assembling, but that goes with any product. This one also arrived with no issues at all, well packaged!

My wife and I are in our 70's now and no longer can takeoff/put on our spa cover. This lift assembled in a few minutes after laying out the parts and I was impressed how it works easily to perform on/off duties. If you intend to mount it to your spa frame, your work is nearly done. I can't do that so I had to drain my tub, lift it a half inch or so to slide the lift under my spa tub. So the install was quick, it was the drain and refill that took a few hours. Totally satified and wife has no problems using it.

I was looking for something that wouldn’t block the wall behind our 8 person Jacuzzi. This one comes up, but not as much as others that we looked at. My husband has a bad back and it really aids in getting the cover over the jacuzzi when we are finished using it. We had to drain our jacuzzi so we could slide it under to hold it in place, but it was worth it!

The cover caddy has been such a wonderful addition to our hot tub! My husband always gets stuck with taking the lid on/off and this little baby has sure made the job easier! The instructions were adequate, I built it in probably about 15-20 minutes. The installation was tricky as our hot tub was already placed and full of water... My husband ended up taking the side panel off the hot tub, placed the caddy and then reinstalled the side cover (just a few screws, nothing too intense). Once installed it works beautifully, and takes up very little space!We are extremely pleased with this purchase and will recommend to all our friends!
