After I red it, I had to think twice. Way to much caffeine. You will lose weight an have a heart attack at the same time. An that's were your getting your energy from the caffeine.

Used these different times within a few years. Couple months consistently. Never saw a huge difference with them. Didn’t see weight loss due to them. It was hard to tell though because I was also constantly working out. No effects on my skin. I do recommend talking to your doctor though if you do have any heart conditions or High blood pressure. Does speed up your heart relate. As for money value, I’d save your money and just send it in healthier food.
