They're sliced lengthwise so most of the seeds are gone, you don't want to be eating a lot of those seeds! They're nice and crisp too, I like to refrigerate them at all times, even in the unopened cans, that helps keep them crisp. I often have fried chicken for dinner just so I can eat a handful of these babies with it! They go great together. This San Marcos brand is the one I favor, it seems like other brands are often mushy instead of crisp, that just won't do!

I thought this would be a bigger can considering that when Grocery store where I am has them, I get this same size can for $.99. As for the product itself, these are my favorite brand, won't buy another. After being open a couple of days they are hot and flavor is great.
