I have had a lot of stressful things in my life. For 7 years I took care of an invalid husband. Getting good sleep is so important when you are being depended on. Helps me fall asleep but I can still respond , when called upon in the night , to the needs of the person so dear to me. When I return to bed I can return back to sleep. Not everyone is the same but it still works great for me.

Rarely does this product not work for me . In fact I usually take 3/4 of a tab , I found that I am a little less groggy in the morning . If I want to be sure and zonk out I'll take a whole tablet . Will sleep clear through the night . It's a good buy also .

I have been taking Kirkland Signature Sleep Aid for many years and still find it to be the most effective over-the-counter product for a restful night's sleep. I do not wake up feeling groggy, but instead refreshed from a good solid night of sleep. A great product for a very good price. I always by the 2-pack when available for an even better bargain.

Does the job. Yes, it will leave you groggy if you don't give yourself enough time to sleep. I have taken half of the pill as suggested by people here and it didn't work for me, so I need to take the whole pill. I give myself around 11 hours of sleep time, though, so be aware of that. I have general anxiety, so it is hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I take one of these pills when I have not caught up on my sleep for at least a week, but I would not take these pills every day for fear that my body will get used to it and I will need them to sleep at all.The pills are very small and easily swallowed with a sip of water. Takes about 30 mins to kick in. Usually I will just listen to some relaxing music on Pandora while waiting for it to give me that tired feeling. Does it relieve the anxiety? Not really, but it makes me very sleepy to the point where my anxiety isn't strong enough to keep me awake. Good product and good price. Recommended.

I love this product, It makes me sleep peacefully and wake up as normal.it's suggested to take one tablet before bed, but i only take a quarter and it works like majic.

Work like a charm
I've been using this product for several years now. Never had any sleep issues until I hit the menopause, then, I've been unable to have a good night's sleep. Constantly waking throughout the night and having weird dreams. I must be sensitive to medications because ⅓ of a tablet gives me a great night's sleep and the alarm has to wake me. I know friends and family have to take much more, but for me it completely knocks me out. I take them around twice a week only because your body gets used to sleep aids very quickly, and you start needing to take more and more to get the same effect. Melatonin worked 3 times for me and was completely useless after that.
The only thing that works for me!
I have tried most products on the market but I keep coming back to this because only this gives me a good nights sleep. Another brand sold on Bolo has the same ingredients but I wake up with a heavy head and a slight headache. But this gives me no problems at all. This is my go to. I only switch to other brands for a day or two a week, so my body doesn’t get use to it and stop working. I am a returning customer for sure.
