I just re-started on Biosil, so cannot comment on any effects yet. However, in the past, I was pleased with stronger nails and hair. Bone density test in a few months. This doesn’t taste great; just have a “chaser” glass of water to drink after you take this. It’s just a momentary fishy taste, and well worth taking for its benefits.

I have been using BioSil for a couple of years and take 5 - 6 drops twice per day, and I am thinking a bottle lasts me about 2 months. Always take it in juice. The taste is awful if just mixed with water but somehow juice neutralizes it pretty easily, especially citrus juices. I stopped this about a year ago and I started losing pretty massive amounts of hair. I kind of freaked out and started to do some reading about causes of hair loss. I gathered that I had to look for things in my diet that could have changed or perhaps stresses in my life. I also realized that if you are losing hair today, you have to look back and see what changed over the last 2 - 3 months as it may take awhile for those changes to affect your body. When I looked back, I realized that a couple months prior to starting to lose my hair, I had stopped the BioSil. I immediately started up again and about two months later, the hair loss subsided. Perhaps it was a coincidence, but I haven't had any problems since. This is one of those products that I think helps make my skin and hair stronger but unless you take it away, you don't realize how much it is helping you. Needless to say, I will probably always include this with my supplementation routine. It is a good value for the buck!!

I have been using this product for years, first for hair and nails and now to strengthen my bones as I get older. I stay with this product because it works well. The taste is intolerable. Hint to anyone interested: Fresh squeezed lemon with your drops covers most of the taste making it easy to swallow.

Tried this in drop form for the first time. Now prefer it to capsules. However(!), those drops smell bad. Mix them with water? The water stinks, too. My breath after ingesting that mix? No one else has complained, but if I can smell that junk when I speak, I'm sure they can, too.So that's the problem with these drops. Maybe mixing them in an ice cold beverage will help. That requires experimentation. Any suggestions are appreciated.

The seal was broken, appeared to have been opened. The Box had been opened and was handled looking. Afraid to use and no refund policy for this item. Pissed!

Gives you super strong nails!
Easy to take, did not notice it at all in juice. The only downside is biotin in general gives me intense, deep, angry acne. My nails had never been more beautiful and strong, my skin was the worst it’s ever been. So as long as you don’t react as I do, this stuff is the bomb.

It's very small bottle of 15 ml ,on the bottle its written that if u use 5 drops daily,servings per container about 60.While on the discription it shows as servings per container is about 120. So be aware its actually less.Delivery is faster than expected.
