I started taking these during my pregnancy over 10 years ago and loved how easy they were on my stomach- no nausea, no weird aftertaste, and they’re not overly chewy like some other gummies. The taste is actually pretty good (which matters when you're taking them daily). Even though my youngest is now 7, I still take these instead of a regular multivitamin because my body tolerates them so well. If you're looking for something gentle, tasty, and effective, these are it, give it a try.
