Exactly what I wanted as a new user with a cost under $30 plus fill of $5. A good friend is a boxer and is assisting me. We talked about weight and protecting the hands and finally proper way to workout with it. Filled by following a Youtube (some are better than others) who suggested gallon or quart zip locks filled with sand. I used dirt instead of sand which had the same weight at 40#'s per bag. $2.50 for dirt vs $7.50 for sand per 40#'s (2 for 80 #'s). I also used old pillows in between each layer. End result is very good.This bag gets a solid 10 (1 to 10) for value and rconstruction.

This Is definitely a GREAT punching bag for the price.*It is big, strong and durable punching bag*Great for all punching/kicking and cardio*Durable material and easy to fillThe Punching Bag had a zipper at the top in order to fill easy. I put it up around last month and have been punching and kicking and beating it up and it is still in perfect condition.Before you buy this bag however, you need to expect to purchase some sand or put in old clothes in order to put inside to fill the bag, for it does not come with sand and filling materials. You will also need to buy hanging hardware for this bag does not come with that either. This does make sense, for the bag only costs $25.Finally, this is a great bag and based off of the other low cost bags I have got this is definitely the best, for I have purchase the bounce back blow up bags which was way to easy, but this bag is really great.

The fabric feels good, the bag is a great starter bag for someone that wants to create their own home gym. The bag filled all the way up with sand and clothes fabric came to weigh in a total of 80-90 lbs. Fabric around the hanger area does stretch due to the fabric of the bag.

I bought a heavy bag from a sporting goods store.I have little space so I mounted it on an outdoor wall with a bracket. Though I had it covered, the cheap woven straps rotted within a year and the bag fell. Thankfully, my dog wasnt underneath it....I purchased this one, stuffed it with a few old small rugs, old socks and clothes, small bags of sand and rubber mulch.Its perfect and it was much more cost effective than a vinyl pre-stuffed bag.The chains are sturdy and an improvement from the inferior bag I previously owned.Though the shipping service (on trac) totally sucked - they claimed my business address did not exist and when I offered to go outside and flag the driver down, they hung up on me - I recommend this product.

Its just a flat bag.. nothing is in it.. I don’t have dirt or anything to put in it.. i thought it came already inflated.. wouldn’t have brought it

Works great for me! I'm just a pleb who doesn't know a thing about boxing, however, though as I can't run I find this to be a great replacement cardio tool. A little rough on the hands, though I see that as a feature as I've seen way too many 80's action movies. I'm sure it'll make the skin on my hands durable enough to tear through legions of faceless bad-guy minions, though most will probably find the texture a little too rough.
Quality of materials and stitches in a punching bag
This was just a poorly done product ( said Made in Pakistan…but that is secondary) and was returned for the following reasons :1) The stitches were very light - single stiches2) The canvas cloth itself was not lined.. meaning the threads were hanging and very soon will be close to the stitch and will tear off3) the product origin needs be indicated clearly for people to make a choice! Understanding was that it will be from US when the purchase made …but the product was made in Pakistan ( a secondary issue..but the poor quality made it primary issue!)4) the whole look and feel was very bad as the canvas was very thin and the stiches were not fit for purpose5) even the stitches for the hanging strips were very light and poor!!Beware of such bad products!!

(acheter bande protectrice pour les mains car la toile est épaisse) chaines de maintiens fournies ( j'ai mis une corde ; cela fait moins de bruit) c'est exactement ce que je voulais : trente minutes de frappe tout les soirs apres boulot car je ne peu faire du sport avec mes jambes … 10kg de sable au fond permettent de maintenir le sac sans qu'il se balance ensuite j'ai roulé tres fort des vieux T shirt que j'ai bourré au fur et a mesure apres 30 minutes de frappe j'ai rebourré de chiffons et depuis un mois je suis tres satisfait je le recommande

Seems to be well made so far and has already taken a bit of punishment, early days yet, but I don't see it changing any time soon. Its like a canvas material, seriously harden the knuckles if you aren't using gloves. Using gloves, the don't slip off it when making contact. Easy filled. Chains a good length
