When I started to use it correctly I found myself having to go to the bathroom at work. It does work over night but it is still working throughout my morning. So I'm not sure if your able to have a bathroom to yourself go for it otherwise you might want to think twice about getting this.

It work well within 3-5 hours definitely worth the money if you struggle with occasional Constipation.

Well obviously I can because I’m about to. I had a very stubborn gut and would often not go for three or four days. But not now. I don’t let it sit for 10 minutes brewing as I find it too strong. Literally pour water on bag in cup and wipe it out. One cup last thing before bed. In the morning hay presto my stomach gurgles and off to the loo I go. Taste isn’t great, but not terrible, and it’s not to be treated as a beverage more a medicine .
