The product didn't light up every dopamine receptor in my skull, but my recipes taste fine. It's kind of hard for me to ascertain quality because Indian cooking is a symphony of flavors even beyond the spice blend itself and I'm no professional chef. Mild heat level. Much cheaper and quicker than buying a boutique of spices and blending them myself. Would buy again.

This is delicious! rich depth, almost but not quite sweetness, good back up to other curry spices, glad I ordered and will look for more of this brand.to supplement my use of plains spices.
