These capsules appear to be the same powder in capsule form, which I really like for convenience. However, dissolving powder in cold liquids was frustrating, especially for my morning dose. These capsules have solved that problem—I take two in the morning and then 5g of powder post-workout with my protein shake, making it simple and hassle-free.I’m planning to increase my intake to 10g daily once I’m confident it won’t cause any GI upset. I am no gonna lie after trying, powder, gummies, pills this is the best presentation of creatine I have got in all my years of lifting.Easy to keep, with just two pills you could get 5 grams of creatine, there’s is no smell and the taste is just regular pills, after taking them for 2 weeks I have experienced a gain of strength, endurance and velocity, and without any stomach upsets or side effects.

I've been taking these creatine capsules for a while, and they’ve been pretty convenient. I used to use the powder version from the same brand — it worked great, but it was a real hassle to mix. I had to use warm water and stir it constantly just to get it to dissolve, and I even got a little scoop just to measure it out properly. The capsules are way more convenient in comparison. I usually take two before my workout. In terms of effects, I’d say it feels pretty much the same as the powder version. If you're new to creatine, don’t expect a dramatic boost like with a pre-workout — it’s more about steady strength support and helping with recovery. Creatine isn’t something that gives you an instant rush, but it’s definitely one of the most effective and safe supplements you can use long-term.The reason I gave it four stars is because the capsules are honestly huge. One time it actually got stuck in my throat and took a while to go down. Taking two at once is kind of a challenge, and considering you need multiple capsules a day to hit the usual 5g dose, it’s not a pleasant experience.
