The best probiotic for my baby! When he needs antibiotics we make sure we have this so that his GI tract doesn’t take a hit from the medicine. If he’s happy, we’re happy! None of the others can compare to this one. It was recommended by our pediatric GI specialist after many other failed probiotics.

After taking this regularly for just 3 days I can say that I am regular. I eat less at meals and feel fuller faster. I can't say that another probiotic wouldn't do the same but all the studies done on probiotic tend to focus on the species that is only found now in this product. The less than 5 stars is the price. While the tablet is easy to chew, tastes like a lemon sweettart, and easy to take at once a day, the heft price tag even at $54 for a 3 month supply doesakee wonder if it is really doing more than a less expensive brand but with out the probiotic that has been studied. So you take the good and the bad and decide for yourself if the cost is worth it. I would defiantly recommend if you are on the femce, buying a 30 day supply and seeing how you do. I did that and liked the results so I went for a 3 month supply the second time.

I used this to make Dr. Bill Davis's super gut yogurt. I followed the directions in his book and the yogurt was very tasty. I will buy again if needed.

I have had trouble with constipation somewhat, but since taking these things are getting better. I believe the probiotics are a main factor in helping.

... once you start taking it, everything starts coming out smoothly on the other end. ;)Just keep in mind that you can buy it from places like Shopper's Drug Mart. But it's a bit cheaper here and you can bundle it with other items and get free shipping.

damaged and not returnable

The product box was squat/damaged and several of the pills were out of the sealed packaging. This item is not returnable or eligible for a refund. These are way too expensive if you have to throw some out. I will not buy again through Bolo.
