Extreme Simple Green gets its superior cleaning from a unique triple play cleaning formula. 2 High performance surfactants and a new generation grease lifter/cutter combine to get the soil away from the aircraft surface quickly and then keep it away so that it can be cleanly rinsed away. Extreme Simple Greenâs speed of grease cutting and its high capacity to hold grease, oil and soils in solution during cleaning and rinsing time are the keys to performance. This equals fast cleaning and no-redeposition, but extreme Simple Green is also able to go into oil/water separators and have oil break from solution. Extreme Simple Greenâs safety upon aircraft materials and precision cleaning surfaces comes from a combination of proven anti-corrosion agents. A time tested coupling agent allows these to work together to battle corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement. These same qualities make extreme Simple Green safe to put through pressure washing equipment, rack wash systems, dip tanks and parts washers, without any equipment damage. The components of extreme Simple Green are all low-toxicity compounds and the product contains no solvents. This leads to an excellent workerâs safety environment. All of the components are biodegradable, so extreme Simple Green wonât accumulate in the environment and rinse-waste can be handled by standard waste water treatment methods. Extreme Simple Green meets or exceeds current and reasonably anticipated VOC requirements. I used it in an ultrasonic cleaner with my engine components to clean up the old parts I'm using for my engine rebuild, and within a 5-minute cycle, my parts were looking brand new again! I could even read the part numbers on the parts! I would recommend this to anybody looking for an effective multipurpose industrial cleaner!

The soap worked great for cleaning my aircraft, but some of it sat down in the wing and caused mew corrosion i didn’t have before. Same spot on both wings. They tapper down and would drain to that point. I sanded out and retreated the area and next time ill be sure to wash and dry the areas throughly. Just be aware that it can cause corrosion if left unwashed

I only use this to clean the drive train on my road bike: chain, sprockets, rear cassette, etc and it works like a champ!

Excellent product! I use a 13:1 ratio with distilled water in my Eastwood ultrasonic cleaner. It has cleaned everything from Porsche engine parts to my firearms. Bonus it leaves my garage smelling clean.

PROS:See below, but in short, gets the deep stuff and is safe for planes.Smells good.Strips wax down to the paint.CONS:Strips wax down to the paint.At $17+/gallon, it’s expensive (yes, I know it’s a concentrate).Leaves a film if you’re not careful.As a concentrate, you have to mix it yourself and have a separate bottle.It's not quite as good as Windex at melting bugs, but I guess you shouldn't be using Windex on aircraft aluminum anyhow due to the ammonia content.CONCLUSION:Any plane owner, without a doubt, should have this in their arsenal of cleaning supplies.THE STORY:I own three aircraft and I like to keep them sparkling clean. I have several cleaning agents that I use regularly, including:Windex, Plexi-Glass Cleaner, Goof Off and good ol' 100LL (plane gasoline).Windex is great for the bug guts. Windshield gets the Plexi-specific cleaner. 100LL for the oil/belly spray and Goof Off for the really hard to remove stuff. I use this sparingly as it likes to take paint with it...So I bought the Simple Green to see what, of the above, it could replace. My initial results, even in high concentrations, were not spectacular. Also, it leaves a surface film I wasn't impressed with.So there it sat on my shelf for five months, rarely used.Now, however, I have seen the light. I had some staining in the paint that a) I couldn't figure out and b) couldn't remove. None of the above products would remove this rainstreak-like staining that was on my tailcone. Even a coat of cleaner-wax wouldn't touch it.So I loaded up a new spray bottle with 1:2 concentrate of Simple Green Aviation. I could not believe the results when it ate right through it and left perfectly clean, bright white paint. So white, in fact, that it makes the rest of the plane look dull.So then I attacked directly behind the plane's exhaust tips, an area brown with grime and exhaust spray. This I’ve, after several repeated attempts at removal, always assumed was permanent. Well, it did take five applications (and wipings) of Simple Green 1:2, but it finally came out. I then quickly wiped the entire fuselage of the plane down and oh man does it pop now.So, in the proper concentration (and repeated applications if necessary), this definitely does the job when even caustic agents won't. I'm a believer now, for sure.

This stuff really works!
I had aluminum siding put in and installers did a messy job with all kinds of stubborn stains on the aluminum. I needed a product that would clean well but also be safe on the paint. Everyone just says soap and water but it doesn’t work. This stuff worked amazing. Was shocked how easy it cleaned. Very happy I found this product.

we mix this up for window, planes, cars and just general cleaning... we have stopped using all the other brands and only use this now on cars, planes, motorbikes, window, etc
