We use it in a Deli Grocery that’s very busy. It save us a lot of time and space. The performance of this machine is outstanding and it use a regular 3 prong plug like that of an AC.

It is an excellent grill. It takes 10-15 min to get warm. It cooks faster than expected. The grilled bone-in chicken pieces were more delicious than the baked chicken in my oven. The grilling surface is large enough to prepare a family meal. I like my Panini grill. It is worth every dollar I paid for it.

Bought this grill about 2 years ago. I am not sure if the design has changed since then. But, this grill is dangerous. The top plate does not sit back firmly when raised and it will slam down very easily when the unit is slightly shaken as if the big piece of heavy metal were falling down on you, and very possibly on your hand!!! This is a piece of crap. Never buy this. Both the first delivery unit and second replacement delivery unit have the same problem. An classic example of design flaw

I purchased this Waring Pro WDG250 and after 4 months of use the top plate gets very hot and burns sandwiches and the bottom plate does not even reach 100 degrees. I am very dissatisfied with this $500 purchase and am not able to return it or get any compensation from Bolo or Waring.
