I bough this since getting into rock climbing and sometimes when I'd fall my climbing harness would really squeeze the boys and it was uncomfortable to say the least.This jock/cup did the trick. I am back to singing tenor and no more soprano.The funny part or perhaps amazing thing is that after climbing I have forgotten that I was wearing this, it's just that comfortable. I was super happy with the price and the fit. I got a "large" and that did the trick. I am 5' 10" and 200 pounds and my frank and beans are probably slightly above average sized so that's the insight on fit. Not too snug and protection was my main concern.
