This worked great for facial hair removal on my overly sensitive skin. Many products burn or don’t remove the hair but this did not burn and removed the hair easily. The little tool for scraping is awesome I much prefer it to a cloth wiping the face!

If you follow the instructions carefully, this product works very nicely. DO NOT WASH FACE WITH SOAP BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.

I've used this product for a couple years now. Since hitting 50, I have light but longer, denser hair around my chin and lip line. Then there's the one rogue dark, thick one! About once every month or two I use this cream and it does the trick. Is it perfect? No. But effective enough. Pros: removes the hair, mostly. You have to, after rinsing with water, gently rub some of them off with a cloth, the tool doesn't get them all. I use it 7 minutes. I do feel a little burning but not too bad. Sometimes if I leave it on over 8 minutes my skin will be slightly red for half a day or less. I apply the removal cream heavily with my fingers, over slightly dampened skin. Wait the allotted time, then use a "shaving" action with the tool provided to scrape away, gently, the hairs. Rinse all cream away, then remove any stubborn ones with wet face cloth. The hairs left will be kind of dissolved and come out easily, for me anyway. I recommend this product because it takes the hairs much longer to grow back and I don't think they come in coarse like they could with shaving or other methods. I do use the after-cream, which is supposed to slow the growth of new hairs. Sometimes it has irritated my skin some, but if I stick to the 7-8 minutes on the removal cream only, it is minor. I do sometimes think their is some mottled coloring of skin in patches but this could just be unrelated age spots. Maybe the cream inadvertently lightens the skin showing these areas more. Anyway, all things said, I am content with how it removes my post-menopausal facial hair.

I ordered this because it was for sensitive skin. Just used it for the first time and followed the directions exactly. It burned my upper lip and chin line. Will probably take four or five days for face to look better. Will not suggest this product to anyone and definitely will not buy again!

I have tried everything! I am embarrassed to admit I have a real hair horror on my face, and no matter how painfully I try to tackle it nothing works. I've began to hate makeup because it just makes it all look so much worse. The wax never gets everything, or the hair is super strong. It has caused specs of bleeding from stubborn hairs finally giving way. The cremes have never worked for me, all of them smell god awful, irritate my skin and never remove all the hair. I use Surgi strips for my brows and decided to give this ago so I could enjoy makeup again.I had little faith. This works! It's so much cheaper than all the other creams, it doesn't smell horrible, or burn. There was some minor irritation when I left it on for the full amount of time, but it went away very quickly. Would recommend.

I am a true fan of this product. Not only leaves your skin soft, but includes a moisturizer as well. Recommend it to you as well.

I had been happily using this product for several years, but in autumn 2024 the manufacturer changed it for the worse.It is NOT less effective---that is not the problem. But it is *now* more likely to cause skin irritation that you can both feel and see, as it leaves red patches that linger for about an hour.Also, the company has changed the shape of the tube for the hair-removal cream. It now comes in a shorter, wider tube that is actually harder to use.They should have left well enough alone. The product was fine before.

Have used this product before and have always been really pleased with the results. It is especially good for anyone with sensitive skin as it doesn't leave your skin reddened or inflamed like so many other beauty products of this type. Would recommend.
