I’m knee deep in perimenopause & my cycle had been irregular for months. I’d start on day 19, day 11, day 22 etc. With first month of taking this I’m back on a 28 day cycle, it’s been 3 months now like clockwork. I’ve also noticed an increase in libido & less moodiness. Highly recommend trying if you’re going through your changes! :)

I boighr this with another organic product “Menoharmony” I take the two together. It has stopped my fatigue, foggy brain and irritability away. The day I took it for the first time it felt like my body got a drink of water on the inside and I had been having to take naps four hours long for four days prior to receiving this. The day it came it was naptime. I took it with the Menoharmony and my fatigue went away so fast I didn’t lay down for a nap that day and I’ve felt like my old self again!!!

I've used this product for sometime right now but it really didn't make a difference on my menstrual cycle. Everyone's body is different maybe it will work for others.
