My Assistant is very pleased with its operation. Works in every way that is needed. The purchase is well worth the cost. As a matter of fact, we purchased another one a couple of years ago at a higher price and in the beginning of use, it did not operate as well as this new one. Thank you for adding the foot pedal, which I thought you advertised as it not being included. So, that was a surprised to see. The bottom line is that my Assistant is able to use the Transcriber and it operates in every way necessary to get the job done. This lets me know the Seller is trustworthy and we will probably buy from the Seller again. Once again, thank you for providing an efficient product.

The machine itself works great, however it did not come with the head set, which I needed. The seller quickly sent me a new pair but here's the problem. I can only hear the dictation out of one ear. It's not the headset though as I went out and bought another pair, it's the machine. Therefore making this horrible for maintaining confidentiality and working efficiently while trying to transcribe all of the reports.

It works very well and is very useful for transcribing. Their instruction book made very little mention of the cue (back space) feature. Without this, the machine would not be much use as a transcriber. However, how to set up the back space is easy to understand once you play with it. A slight let down was that the adjustable speed control doesn't do much to lower speed - it only goes down to 85% of normal speed, which is hardly noticeable. It can however double playback speed. THe instructions didn't mention how to plug in the foot switch - there is no apparent guide key for it, but with a little tender trial and error, you can find the right plug orientation. But tHe price was great compared to what other transcribers were going for, and it works great, sound quality good, foot switch large and smooth, and I am happy with it. (Note: these are old new stock machines which they let you know when you get the product, and they are out of production, but apparently still have more available)

I am assisting a family that’s seeking justice for the murder of their daughter. I am using this machine to transcribe notes and interviews that need to be done in order to help them. This machine is older but it does work properly and I really liked the communication I had with the seller; she was very helpful checking out and seeing if everything worked properly. The machine arrived when they said it would. I can say that the seller answered my questions honestly and I would not hesitate to make more purchases from them again.

I've been using these machines for 20 years for my work. They work great! They will die after about 2 years but when they are new (or refurbished), they're great!

The machine itself works great, however it did not come with the head set, which I needed. The seller quickly sent me a new pair but here's the problem. I can only hear the dictation out of one ear. It's not the headset though as I went out and bought another pair, it's the machine.
