If you understand your body's needs and workout goals, this, or likely any whey, can be beneficial. For me, the function and price of this particular powder were the deciding factors, especially since it's affordable with EBT SNAP benefits. I appreciate that the ingredients are verifiably good and standardized. It mixes easily with water – I find this yields the best results as protein powder doesn't seem to dissolve well or healthily in milk. The smell and taste are both pleasant, and it's acceptably filling. It is effective as a meal replacement.

Im older male and bought this to drinmk after workouts to improve muscle health. Not sure if it does that BUT its a great source of protein. I use 1 1/2 scoops approx 36grams proteins. its good for my overall health and helps me eat less food.

Been buying ON protein for yrs, but first time buying from Bolo and item was delivered fast, well packaged and also fresh batch. Never tasted the vanilla ice cream flavor before and I think it’s delicious. I’ll be buying more once I have to restock.

After experimenting with other protein powders, I finally tried the Gold Standard. Wow, what a difference it makes to your protein supplement experience. Mixes extremely well (I use a Voltrx Gallium), most time 30 seconds is enough, sometimes I go for 60 seconds. Smooth, slightly creamy, no lumps, and tastes great. I wont buy any other brand as I am done 'experimenting'.
