Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, without stirring, until almost all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat. Stir and let stand uncovered 10 minutes before serving. Makes 3 (1-cup) servings. To Microwave: Stir rice, Seasoning Mix, water and margarine in 2-quart microwavable casserole until seasoning mix is dissolved. Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on medium (50%) about 25 minutes longer, stirring once, until almost all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir and let stand uncovered 10 minutes before serving.
