These are so delicious, and so easy to cook and prepare, you can eat them on their own or you can addsome veggies as well. They’re gluten free and high in protein

These noodles are fab for any number of dishes. They have a better flavor, imo, than ones made with overly processed flour. They cook up quick and have a good consistency, holding up well when used in recipes. I like that they are separated by three making it easy to use your desired amount.

Firs ti will say it may be my fault I'm only giving 3 stars. I don't need gluten free, wheat does not bother me. They did not advertise to be gluten free, however I just read the back of the package and the first ingredient is wheat flour. I thought I was buying 100% buckwheat. They are very good and tasty with a great texture. I have been ordering them for almost a year now and could have sworn I read the ingredient list, because I always do. So I don't know if it changed, or if I just didn't read it, but I will say I'm disappointed for the price I have been paying for these because I did just find 100% buckwheat non good noodles for cheaper.
