In a nut shell: this is good for you, this particular brand price is fair, (I hope they keep it that way) taste wonderful and you don't need a lot.....most important is real.....not fake 👍🏻

Will be purchasing again. It has better taste and color than the supposedly super negan persian saffron I bought.November 30th updateI recently tried Zaffrus - Premium All Red Saffron Threads. The more other saffron I try the more I come back to frontier co-op saffron. I recently stocked up when it was at the $8:00 price. Zaffrus is not bad saffron by any means especially for cooking. It was more cost effective at 7grams for $36.00. But it just doesn't beat frontier co-op saffron. Though there are multiple health benefits to saffron such as immunity,beauty purposes etc etc I take saffron for carpl tunnel and to sleep at night. Saffron and r lipnotic acid have been shown in some studies for Carple tunnel syndrome. R lipnotic is more useable than the alpha lipnotic. I don't cook with it. I drink a very strong 4oz cup of saffron tea every night. Nothing helps me rest better at night. It's an expensive habit but it works. I find the saffron tea works much better than the supplement capsules. I do start steeping it several hours before I plan to drink it and I add lemon to help further extract the benefits. I use very hot not boiling water and add a bit of honey.

These are of very good quality. I love anything through Frontier. I do wish there were more in the jar but it's an expensive herb. So... I get it. I highly recommend spending the money and getting it from Frontier than some of these that promise so much more for so much less.
