I have plantar fasciitis which causes my heel pain and makes walking difficult. I came across ProFoot Triad Orthotic and decided to give it a try. It immediately gave me relief and allowed me to walk with almost no discomfort. My shoe size is a 6 and the package says it fits shoe sizes 6 -10. It is 3/4" length which means the orthotic does not reach your toes, allowing them to move freely. There is a picture of this on the back of the package. It does take up some room in your shoes so it could make your shoes feel a bit snug but because they are slim, they fit most of my enclosed shoes comfortably. There is also replacement or refund information if you are not satisfied. I have also called their customer service with a question and they were very helpful. So if you are having heel pain and have not found relief, perhaps you could give this product a try. One note; since my first purchase which cost less then $7, the price has gone up a few dollars but I still will continue to buy this product as long as it gives the freedom to walk in comfort.

I got these to hopefully help me keep my arch while pregnant, so my feet didn't get bigger, I used them my whole pregnancy and they helped! I can still wear my shoes after having my baby! Also, the extra cushion was nice to have with the extra lbs from pregnancy.

I do a lot of walking, and lately, my feet have started complaining. I originally thought it was my shoes causing the problem, but a different pair yielded the same results.I tried some dollar store insoles, and they were a joke. I shopped around Bolo, compared reviews, and decided on the ProFoot Triad Orthotics. They work okay. My feet do not hurt as much, but I need something to cushion the front of my foot as well as the rest of my foot.So, if you do not need cushioning for your toes, these inserts will work fine.

This is my first time buying this brand. They are about half the price of my normal choice. First things first. I wear a size 7.5 women's and have narrow feet with high arches. This support is not a cushion. It is a heel cup with an arch support that is under 3/4 of the foot. It ends mid ball of my feet. The support is firm, but flexable. The insert comes with glue dots to hold them into the shoe... I never use those. The inserts can easily be moved from shoe to shoe. I use them in all of my boots, flats, pumps, pseudo athletic shoes, etc. They fit easily into ballet flats and do not stick to bare feet. In my experience they last 6 to 8 months. I am hoping this brand has a similar life span.Some have expressed concern about the 3/4 insert. I can tell you that it takes a little getting used to ( givw it two weeks) and then you will never notice it. For me, a full insert would make the toe box of my narrow shoes too tight.I have been wearing inserts of this type for about 8 years and find them incredibly beneficial to my feet, knees, and back.

My mom and I have some favorite cross trainers sneakers we use for our high impact/dumbbell at home workouts. I also have several shoes that I have bought for pretty cheap that are fairly flat or favorite shoes that I have worn the bottom out of because the memory foam got flat. These are great for reviving all of those shoes and providing the comfort and support needed. I stuck these in some children’s cowgirl boots to wear country line dancing and they were awesome!

Does not work for my feet. My feet do not like them. TRIED returning 2 of 3 because I tried 1 package for 1 minute. NO RETURNS!!! Getting the runaround in the app circling never getting to any return screen and can’t even get customer service on this. Weird. I have been a customer on Bolo with hundreds of purchases, many per week, and the ratio of bad experiences trying to return something is very low. This is the least effective return process I’ve had in many years of Bolo purchases and returns. Apparently I am forced to keep these items that don’t work for me, which is unacceptable. There needs to be an opposite of Prime returns icon for the sellers who don’t accept returns. Perhaps like a no smoking sign with a line through it.

Great pain relief
This is really great product, I have plantar fasciitis, but I'm also a keen walker. This helps me a lot, I have a lot less pain while walking. And it's great for this price. I'm very happy!
Didn’t fit my size 9 sneakers.
Sorry about the bad review, but these are sold as fitting shoe sizes 6 to 10, and they were too short, for my size 9 shoes. They ended half way, under the ball of my feet…didn’t fit as pictured. Save your money. :(
Most important is that the product is for 3/4 foot only
