I used this exact product for rehab at my physical therapy clinic. I was excited to find one on Bolo for a decent price. I continue to use it at home to keep up my knee strength, but it is good for balance training and foot/ankle rehab.A little info for those new to this type of stability trainer:-There is no area for inflation/deflation. These trainers are made out of a foamy/rubbery material.-Each color has its own stability: Green is the most stable, meaning it won't make you wobble as much as with the other two. Blue is a little less stable than green; you will have to concentrate more to keep your balance, thus working out the leg muscles and abs. Black is the least stable of all of them.-They don't take up that much room. I have the blue one and I would guess the measurements to be something like 1.5ft long, 2.5in tall, and 8 to 10 inches wide.If you are relatively healthy and active and just looking to work on balance you could probably start out with blue. If you have foot, ankle, knee, hip, or even low back problems I might try the green one first (and of course, talk to you doctor/physical therapist before buying!).

I sprained my ankle and my Dr. told me to get this to strengthen my ankle and train ankle reflexes. I was very skeptical in the beginning, but eventually I decided to get it (after I got another sprained ankle).I got the the advanced one. This model has 2 sides:1. flat side with anti skid bars2. and the other side has that spikes (rounded points), and I like this side betterAfter using this for 2 weeks, I could feel my ankle was better and stronger. You can watch TV while doing this training - superb! I can balance myself for about ~30s now, and the ultimate training from my Dr. would to balance with eyes closed (I prob won't go that far).The item itself is solid, and it's definitely worth the price.

I have a standing desk at work that I use a minimum of four hours a day, but wanted to find a way to work on my weak ankles and feet while standing. This is small enough to be practical, but challenging enough to actually improve my foot and ankle strength - and at a reasonable price. I did manage to punch a hole in this with a heel, not thinking about what I was doing, but even so it didn't disintegrate or drip out its stuffing - it's still usable. great for the purpose, and I would buy this again.

These pads are very nice, sturdy and well made. They are for stability training and help with balance etc. They are the same pads used by my physical therapist. My only complaint is that the color of the pads indicate how challenging they are. I purchased green and this is the beginning phase of therapy. This is fine but it would have been nice to know when I purchased them. I was not aware of this until I read the instructions inside the package.

Ich benutze die Balance-Pads für meine Pferde. Ich habe nichts daran auszusetzen. Sie sind super. Sie halten bisher super. Bei Pferden mit Hufeisen kann ich nur Empfehlen den Pferden eine art Socke drüber zu ziehen oder etwas zwischen Huf und Pad zu legen.
