Since my husband has Celiac, I never use anything but Lundberg Rice Syrup. It's miles apart from regular corn syrup. The taste is richer, it measures exactly like corn syrup without the added ick factor of GMO. Same great quality as all Lundberg products!

This takes some experimenting to get the right volume for it to replace sugar or corn syrup. Usually though, a taste test of batter or dough will tell the story. Great alternative for stuff like oatmeal cookies or bobo bars.

Our family loves this product. It’s the perfect sweetness to add to hot porridge, about the stickiness and thickness of honey, and I got these at a great price. I can rest easy knowing it’s organic and from a reputable company. Unfortunately the box arrived in perfect condition but they weren’t packed with paper to avoid shifting during shipment so one glass broke open and leaked contents everywhere and the other jar had a dented lid that broke the seal.This was an Bolo issue and not related to Lundberg.

Delicious, I love it, tastes just like honey while not involving the harming of animals.My only criticism is that normally rice syrup is completely free of fructose, which is why we bought it initially because my wife has Hereditary Fructose Intolerance which makes her unable to digest fructose at all. This does say LOW fructose and not fructose-free, and this seems to confirm because my wife can only eat a tiny quantity of it at a time. Great otherwise.

Nice product but it looks to me like they haven't learned their lesson about packing items safely.Luckily mine arrived unbroken but many customers jars are broken on arrival as we see in the other feedback items.Maybe they're trying to save on bubble wrap.

Very little padding, so one glass bottle was completely broken. The other glass bottle was fine. Unfortunately, there is no recourse available to me. I will try to find this product to purchase in person.
