Reviewing the round covered roaster.I wish it was deeper, but it will be good for stews in the oven and small roasts.It's a good quality granite ware. I have a 15 inch roaster which I love, just needed a round one.

My bad that I didn’t realize how small this is. Big enough for a small pork roast or medium chicken. Cooks fine. Thin. Not unhappy

Solid cooking pan for small amounts of food, meat, casseroles. Easy to clean up. Non- stick bottom as well . Expensive but made well. Should out live me. Would recommend.

I asked my son and husband to pick up a small turkey for Thanksgiving. They came home with a 25-pound bird. I searched for large pans, but none of them had a reasonable price. I found this one, and the turkey fit in it, and the lid almost covered it completely. The cooked turkey turned out very tasty, and the cleanup was easy due to the coating.

Everything went smoothly. The roaster came ahead of when promised. It is the same as the one i previously had for over forty years. The product is great. It is exactly what was advertised. I was somewhat disappointed of the price for a small roasting pan, but prices keep going up. It is the perfect size for me, who usually cooks for one. A family would probably do better with one of the larger roasting pans, but I have no complaints about the product.
Perfect Little Roasting Pan
I bought this small round roasting pan 10" diameter total (outside), 8.5" cooking size diameter. It cooked a small stuffed chicken, and is great for turkey pieces as well (if you don't need a whole turkey.) It is more suitable for a couple (can cook enough meat for 3 or 4 people) I recommend this for small gatherings, as it cooks the meat very well My meat dinners turned out very tender. I love this roasting pot !!!
