This is my go-to product for dry mouth associated with Sjogren’s. The flavor is good, and the consistency is decent. The downside is, the effects should last longer. If you’re counting on it to last you through the night, it won’t. You will have to get up during the night and rinse again.

If you're sensitive to spicy foods, I would say you have a sensitive mouth. That's why I ordered the mild flavor. I tried the regular and couldn't hold it in my mouth to swish. Too strong.

Tastes a bit different, but when u get used to it does exactly what it's supposed to. Mouth and teeth feel really refreshed and clean. Does have a strange coated sensation, guess that's to alleviate the dry mouth.
PBF Dry mouthwash - did not arrive - mark not a reflection on the product as do not know.
The mark is not a reflection on the product. I ordered what seemed quite an expensive product and reviews were positive. I already use the toothpaste and that seems good, if again a little expensive. However, I did not get to try it as it has never arrived. I did complain to the supplier who arranged a full refund with no quibbling so full marks to them for that.
