I have taken one of these every day and truly notice a difference in my energy level/weight control. Sometimes on the weekends, I will skip these, and often need a nap. I can truly feel myself a little sluggish when I don't take this. I have also noticed a difference in my appetite. When I take these, I find myself not wanting to snack as much. But for me the biggest reason I take this is the energy I feel. I only ordered from Bolo, because my local vitamin shop closed, and arrived exactly as stated!

If they ever quit making these I won’t know what to do. IMHO they are better than my Ritalin prescription and I use them often to get focused. They do contain caffeine but they’re so much gentler than normal caffeine supplements!! And if you want to quit coffee use these instead - they’re on the mild side but effective (one you clean up your body from all the coffee). A great product!

Seriously if you can't drink 6 cups of coffee and need a little energy... this little capsule will do it. Also think the caffeine from green tea isn't as bad...of course a healthy diet and exercise is the way to go but found this supplement helpful.

This product is very harsh on the stomach.Cramps and stomach gas,I had to stop taking it as I felt so bad from the side effects.

The very first time I took it I loved it. However the effects haven’t seemed the same since. It also leaves you with extreme dry mouth so you must drink lots of water all day. After a few days using this product I also developed a sore on the roof of my mouth. Not 100% sure it’s connected but I know it left me with a very dry mouth so I’m putting two and two together. Going to suspend use for a few days and may give this product a 2nd try just to confirm.
