I’m a 31 year old person that’s dealt with a host of diseases that are chronic and poorly understood… all of which are autoimmune in nature and have been supplementing for years. This was an impulse buy and not really thought out or believed. I took it this morning around 11 am and noticed I was sweating, had a headache and feeling extremely anxious by 4 pm so I popped some cetrizine and took a nap for 2 hrs. Before I fell asleep it felt like a sensation in my body I’m struggling to put into words. That of increased circulation but pain free except in my head. I’ve just woken up feeling different. More normal than I have in years. Curious and curiouser. I will update this review with more long term effects.Update: because of the bottle shape I accidentally got it in my eye. It looks like eye dropssss. Was super painful. Be careful and put it far away from eye drops!

I feel better using this…. Can tell I feel a bit more energetic. And I don’t think it’s a placebo effect, because I try pretty much everything for my mood/energy/fatigue, and feel like nothing helps. Once in a blue moon something seems to, so I reordered.

The best thing a certain "he" gifted me before we thankfully parted ways was this recommendation. Get cell food, he told me. What's that?, I asked. Sounds like something solar powered, I thought. Seems fishy, and I hesitated, after all, I breathe in oxygen all the time and eat better food than the average American. But, sticking to my principle to try something before laughing at it in disdain for the vapid commercialization of our national health crisis, I tried it. In 2012. And it's 2019. I'm alive, better hydrated than I have ever been in my life, and I can tell you that I just plain feel better with it in my water, and when I run out, I can tell because my skin gets dry and itchy, and my lips get chapped and I have slightly less energy. I have not had to buy chapstick or the like for these past few winters thanks to this. So, yeah, I'm now a believer.I researched this stuff online, and I don't recommend that, because it's like researching your medical symptoms online... so I recommend the following after checking out true word of mouth like the Verified Purchase reviews on Bolo:1) asking your doctor if it's ok to have this added to your water (I'd say in 99% of cases, it's just fine since it's trace minerals most of us ought to be getting from a healthy diet, but still, check.), and if s/he says ok,2) order it here through an Bolo fulfillment center or Prime to ensure product authenticity, and note that it's tens of dollars more expensive in big box stores including one owned by this website (which does not make sense! Why can't I get this in Whole Foods for the same price?? C'mon Bolo, gimme price guarantees!)3) Start slowly, add a few drops (5-8) per glass, and there is a sharp taste to it, so add those drops to a nice 32oz tumbler of water. With the right amount of drops to water ratio, you will not taste it at all. I've introduced my family and friends to it this way, giving them water with drops of it in it, and they couldn't taste it. Hmmm. Anyone know of an Ativan equivalent? I digress... Eventually you'll be like me and just squeeze a bunch o' drops in there in the AM and the PM. If you use too much too quickly, you will likely get detox symptoms, and I tested this too, and yes, it's true. So good to know it helps you detox too!4) Notice over the next few weeks how you're better hydrated, have slightly more energy and have a feeling of, well, just feeling better.5) I'd imagine it helps with a hangover too! But again, don't over do it. On the alcohol and the cell food. There's only so much dying and resurrecting a cell can take before it just gives up. So be kind to your body.This will help you do that.

Been to the hospital twice this week sinceI began recommended dosage on 11/3.By Wednesday 11/6 I started feeling sick so I stopped taking it. Went to ER on thursday 11/7 feeling like I couldn't swallow/breath, I was exhausted, chest felt tight....overall a sick feeling. Was tested for covid, rsv, flu...all negative. They do a CT scan of my throat/ chest and it was good. They send me home only giving me a steroid for what I don't know giving that I told them I had been taking this supplement and could possibly be having a reaction. But of course, ER is focused on acute symptoms. So home I go. Friday I pull myself together, go to work, run errands, then by the end of the day, I felt like I was getting worse. I began to do more research on this product because I was my normal self before this stuff. What I found I do not like and am totally appalled at lack of their transparency of the second ingredient. It's actually sulfuric acid and if you are sulfur sensitive, you could possibly experience a reaction to it. SMH. My mom is sulfur intolerant, maybe I am too🤔So now I'm like ok, what now. I go to bed Friday night, wake up Saturday and could not hardly walk. Legs were weak, tingling in feet legs and arms, chest was tight and I was dizzy. I'm like, omg, I'm having a stroke, heart attack something. Called 911 for ambulance. They come and assess me. Blood pressure was 164/104. NOTE: I do not have high pressure. I thought I was going to check out. Body felt like all symptoms were shutting down.I get to ER and this time I stress that I want/need my saliva and urine checked for toxicity. Along with those tests blood work was done and I received chest xray and ekg. All of which came back good. And im gratefull for that. But still feeling the same symptoms. Now I'm like wth. Still no clear answer.The doctor stressed to never take anything like this. She assured me that I'm not having any acute symptons and to flush my system by drinking plenty of water which I had already began to do so by now, cause all I want is for this stuff to get out of my body. Because what ever type of reaction I was having, whether it was detoxification or whatever, it's been a very unpleasant experience. All I can say is, research the ingredients to make sure you aren't sensitive to any and know that so called "detoxification" symptoms according to package could possibly occur.
