I have naturally fine, curly hair in the back but the front of my hair is more wavy than curly. I was going to go to a salon to get a perm in the front (for $200) but very hesitantly decided to try and do it myself and the results were amazing! At first there was some frizz in the permed area. I didn’t wash by hair for 3 full days after but when I did, the permed curls looked and felt soft, frizz free, with the perfect amount of lose curls! ❤️ Will buy again!

Hair all rolled up, standing at the mirror. Heat Activator bottle is empty. Not a drop of anything in the bottle. Major bummer. Called the phone number on the package insert to complain. Answering service was for Helen of Troy group of brands. They don't own this product anymore; it's now owned by HRB. Called HRB. Was told that they don't offer refunds or replacements -- their rep told me to contact the store. I pointed out that this is a manufacturer problem, not an Bolo problem or a vendor problem. Whatever. HRB ships out this product with a crucial component missing and takes no responsibility for defects. Not a problem for them - they just expect Bolo or the vendor to cover it.
