I had been using the NutriGold ashwagandha product for several months and was very happy with the results. However, I couldn't find it on Bolo, and am generally too lazy to go to other websites to purchase things that I can get on Bolo. I reviewed the information about this product and selected it because it's organic, the company has high manufacturing and purity standards and good information on the product.The NutriGold product I had been using claimed to have the highest level of active ingredient available, but the Banyan ashwagandha has been working just fine for me. I take it in the evening specifically to help me sleep, which it does. In fact, I think the Banyan product works even better than NutriGold. I highly recommend this formulation if you're looking for a quality ashwagandha.One more comment related to ashwagandha in general: I needed something to help me sleep and spent a lot of time researching supplement options. I landed on this one and found it worked. I had been using it for several months when I went to see a naturopath about some other issues. When I told her that I had been taking ashwagandha, she was both surprised and impressed. She said it's a great overall health tonic and has many benefits and encouraged me to continue using it. I knew this from the research I'd done, but was mainly focused on the sleep issue. It's hard to know if it's related directly related to the ashwagandha, but I've barely been sick since I've started taking it, and I travel a lot and have a stressful job -- used to always get sick. She did say to take a break from it now and then, which I do. But couldn't imagine not having it available.

Bought this product originally for Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction. If you are struggling with PSSD or ED I would strongly recommend this product. It helps with stamina as well. I feel like people think it's a taboo subject but if someone is struggling I want to be the one to say it, give this product a shot if you want to go all natural. Also I in the beginning I was taking one with breakfast and one with dinner. This provided me with a pep in my my step. Gave me energy and allowed me to not feel lethargic throughout the entire day. I had a hard time drinking caffeine with it as my heart rate got a bit too high. So I kicked caffeine guys. That is right no more coffee and no more horrible energy drinks. I was having one a day. I feel it also helped me shed a few pounds. I recommend to my sister and she said it helps her sleep better. Give it a monthes trial and see what it can do for you.

I have never had a bad experience with Banyan products. Last year I suffered a very severe spell of insomnia lasting from January up until mid-April. Likely caused by a combination of stress and SAD, I went to a sleep specialist and tried several drugs and cognitive behavioral therapy but nothing seemed to work. In my journey to better understand my insomnia, I discovered the avurvedic school of thought and its approach to classifying/identifying types of insomnia. A pitta imbalance described almost perfectly my symptoms - waking up too early (at best I'd be getting 4 hour sleep sessions), frequent trips to the bathroom, and a general state of irritability and anxiety. Around March I began taking Banyan's Healthy Pitta and thereafter my sleeping issues subsided. Into the spring and fall and I began taking their Ashwaghanda for maintenance and found that it helps immensely for stress and well-being.

I'm an athletic 46 year old male without any significant medical history but there is a family history of Alzheimer's disease. I workout 5 days week to manage my daily stress and eat healthy. After reading many reviews on Bolo i decided to try this product to increase sleep quality. To my surprise instead of inducing sleep it kept me alert most of the night. Then I tried one in the morning a few days later. For me the most significant effects are mental clarity and calmness, reduced anxiety, and increase in mood. It increases mood and relaxation without causing drowsiness despite the stress. To bad that it didn't serve the purpose of why i purchased the product in the first place, but now that i know what it does for me i can still take advantage of it.

I love the fact that it gives me energy and at the same time it relax me. Also, It doesn't have any side effects. Please note this pills works as sutil as you may not even realize what it is doing. But it definitely works! Thanks Banyan for such a high quality supplement. Namaste 🙏🏻
