Was told to get probiotics for my recent surgery to help off set the the Antibiotics.After surgery I didn't have any of the side affects from taking the Antibiotics. so I can only assume these did their job!

I've had to take probiotics for about a year now and this is the best one that I've found. I've spent hundreds trying the different brands and this is the one that I go back to. I see a change within a matter of days. Only downside is it has to be refridgerated once open and I forget but that's my problem. Great problem, has helped change my life after dealing with chronic candidas.

They keep your insides clean

This product, same volume, is $7 more expensive at the local health food store when they're running a special on it. It requires refrigeration so I only order it here in the winter but the price is right and the product works. I'll order more before spring.

I love this product and have bought it for years, but it was not kept cool when shipped from this seller, and by the time I received it, it was no good. The bacteria died and it was ineffective.
